What is your return policy?
Returns must be submitted in writing within 30 days and will not be accepted after that time. Returns will incur a 25% restocking fee, plus freight to and from the shipping location. Returns must be in original condition and packaging to qualify. No credit given for product returned in non-saleable condition. Please note: Samples and sale items are not returnable, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Can I return custom tile?
Due to their unique nature, custom and nonstock orders cannot be returned. These orders cannot be cancelled even before the standard cancellation window.

I ordered too much tile. Can I return the extra, unused tile or make a partial return?
Excess tile within our standard 30 day return window, restock and return freight fees will apply. For excess tile outside of the return policy, we recommend storing for additional projects or replacing tiles if they are damaged in the future.

Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations prior to shipment are accepted with no additional fees, however once the order has shipped, our standard return policy applies.

Can I cancel if the lead time is too long for my project?
While we make every effort to avoid delays in production, they do occasionally occur and are not considered grounds for cancellation.
